Wood structure

The wooden frame is a skeleton made up of uprights and herringbone frames which are linked together. Different woods can be used to create this frame, but northern white fir or spruce are particularly appreciated because they combine the advantages, especially in terms of stability. Construction rises level by level. Its unity and stability are also ensured by floors and panels, always in wood, which take place on this large frame. The insulation is then housed between the rafters, in the same thickness of the wall. The frames are then closed from the inside using panels that can be made of wood or Fermacell. The exterior, for its part, is dressed according to the aesthetic choices, the level of insulation or even the facing or cladding retained.
